Oh, that's pretty! A friend gave me one that is very similar, except the colors are different - more of a diluted purple on cream. Mine is a NOID though. I hope it does as well, the plant is vigorous and handsome so far.

Miltonidium Pacific Paragon “Golden Goddess”
Oncidium Sphacetante X Miltoniopsis Rene Komoda
this is the second to bloom from my batch of 'used and abused oncidiums' that i got out of bloom. basically they were plugs, bare-root blooming sized divisions past their prime and unsold, so i got them cheaply. it only took 2 growths to get to flowering, just a small spike, not branched as they can get eventually. the clear yellow lips fades to cream with a ting of yellow edging in a few days after opening. this lived outside all winter in sheltered, shaded conditions. i think my winter low was around at 35f for a few nights, for a few hours.
newly opened flowers are more yellow in the lip.
open for a few days

Well done. Excellent growing. I keep most of mine outside as well lately, in bright shadow (sun is too stark now, even early morning)
Stunning ....well grown plant and very healthy.
Beautiful! Great save Coeruleo,
