Depends on your orchid type, but it makes me wonder if you don't have rot of some sort. That's not natural. If it's a Phalaenopsis or other monopodial orchid it could be crown rot. Is it just one leaf that has dropped off or several?

Can someone educate me on why some of my Orchid leaves are getting yellow in colour and fall off. Does my orchid has a fungus or is it natural.
Thank you

Post a pic. That would help :-)
I agree with John.
Is it a dendrobium? Some of them lose their leaves (semi-deciduous or deciduous). How are the roots?
Most orchids like some plants will drop its lower leaves. That is natural. Dendrobiums are harder to tell sometimes since they drop wherever. As long as it isn't several all at once you should be ok. How does the plant and remaining foliage look?
