I am new to Orchids and own a couple Phals. This is my second year that they are spiking and the white one bloomed Wonderful this winter.

Had a customer in my store the other day wanting a flower arrangement. My silk ones were missing so I clipped my beautiful Phal for him and he paid me well.

Someone on Amazon sent me Kiki starter. I need advise on how to use it to restart my poor baby. I'm glad to have helped this man but she was in full bloom with a few at the tip still forming...I hope I did her right. I did the cut with a sterilized knife. Applied a drop of wax. What next?
    Thanks for your advise!!!!

You better start new thread on this question. So more people could response to your question. Here they would not expect such question.
Keiki paste in general applied to get keiki to propagate plant not just to make it bloom again. If you apply paste at the rong time or conditions favorable toward flower spike it will give you flower spike instead of keiki. I try get keiki but all the time getting spikes.
You can google how to apply paste, there are plenty instructions with pics (sorry gotta get ready for work).
