    Miltonia spectablis x Brassia verrucosa. This is one of my favorite intergenerics.

    Wow - nice big flowers! I would have guessed much smaller. That makes for a spectacular plant! Thanks for posting a pic of the whole plant.

    Good growing! You know one of the premier haute couture fashion designers used the pattern from this flower for one of his marvelous creations! Maybe Julie would know who I refer to!

    Mmmmmm, I do love this one.
    The color and pattern of the flowers give it a "Neptune's garden" quality, ( maybe it's just me).

    Hi Julie,

    It was Alexander McQueen, the bad boy of haute couture designers. He is with Gucci now, I think. He used this orchid print to create a dress for Naomi Campbell!
