I've been having trouble with this Hawkinsara Sogo Doll 'little angel' ever since I got it 4 months ago it got 1 new shoot which turned black then another has just done the same. I'm thinking it may be black rot what do think? Is it fatal or can i treat it? I have it in quarrantine and am treating it with a fungicide drench and spray will this help

The new growths need to be kept dry. When watering keep the water from running onto those small growths and don't let them stay wet when evening temps go down. A spraying program for fungal and bacterial infection would be a good idea and will help keep your new growths growing and green. If you have a small collection, spraying some cheap vodka, rubbing alcohol or Listerine and then keeping a small fan blowing nearby will help keep the infection stuff at a minimum without having to buy expensive bottles of chemicals.
thanx for your feed back i will take it on board and hopefully i can make a difference
The red and yellowing of the shoot makes me fear viral but not sure. Is your plant of the red or purple variety? If so the reddining of the leaves is normal but the shoot should not be that color. However reddining can also be caused by the rot but usually not so severely The spotting does resemble rot. Id say u got ur hands full with this one, lol.
I finally got a viable new shoot
