Looks like symptoms caused by chilling. Did you water the plants in the evening or did the temperature drop very low?.

Hello friends, recently i saw these markings on my phal older leaves but the new leaves look good and healthy.
Is this virus or bacterial or fungal problems. I used to spray fungicide once a month or so. Pls suggests some remedies.

Yes, Sriram, the temp did go low at night only it sometimes go to 10-12C.

ok. 10-12 is on the border line in my opinion, some of the Phals can't take that low. you should possibly move them indoors.
Yes, some show this problem but some looks good.
I'm scared thought it's a virus problem.

I agree with Sriram looks like cell collapse due to cold or overwatering during its dormant period.
