Hi Everyone,
Two of my phals opened their first blooms today. I am very excited as I missed having indoor flowers. The only problem is that the blooms are facing the window and not toward me. I know that one cannot move the position of the plant while the spike is growing, but once the first bloom as opened is it ok to rotate the plant? One plant has buds still growing and the other one has buds that appear ready to open.
Any help is appreciated.

Thank you! I should be able to rotate the purple one in a few weeks then. I've attached pictures of them. The first one was a gift from two of my coworkers when I got into medical school. The second one was one that I bought on clearance out of bloom because I felt sorry for it. I had no idea of the color.
I move them all over when they bloom, but its probably not the best thing to do. I think being a bit patient will pay off in the long run, I'll try that next time!
