I just checked the monograph of 'Venezuelan Cattleyas' by Aulisi et al, and you are correct in your observations. The smallest pseudobulbs are 7 cm in length and the smallest leaf is 8.5 cm; a combined total of 15.5 cm, approximately 6 inches. That is one small plant!!

I have got this cattleya, two plants are mounted and one is in a wire basket lined with coconut husk and filled with coals and small stones along with a few pieces of coconut fiber chips, I use one teaspoon of 20,20,20 mixed with about one teaspoon of Epsom salts in a gallon of water every two weeks, they love it
