Default Grow Paph species in forest

More than 2 years ago, I started my idea to buy Paph species in the market (native species) and grow in the forest (depend on what species and I will decide the location to grow)
This is one of the result after 2 year from baby plan.

What a great idea to do this Canh, it would be nice to do this everywhere that orchids use to be but are no longer thriving in their natural environment. I know that some people are trying to do the same here in Florida in areas of the Everglades, a lot of our orchids in the wild are protected but I also know it has not stopped everyone from poaching. I hope we get to see those buds when they open!

Do you have a way of protecting this orchid, Canh? Is the forest near where you live? I learned that there is a slipper orchid native to the southwest and can be found in a few places in New Mexico that are a well-kept secret.

I try in many different ways and sometime this way work in this area but not in other area, but I just try. I'm travelling a lot because of my works and I live in capital of Vietnam so it very far from forest so on my trip, I took orchids that I bought from market to grow in many secret areas (without protection and with hope nobody take it away)

Cool! I guess it's the same everywhere. So many plants are taken from the wild here because they're pretty. Unfortunately the people that do that have little understanding of the requirements.
