Looks very good Raja. only thought I had is may be you should have put them together in a community pot for 6 months before putting them in individual pots. I am no expert on this but I remember reading that they do better in community pot for some time before you can separate them

I don't have experience in growing these myself and what I know is what I have read in journals and other peoples experience and hence take it with pinch of salt. cats usually take anywhere between 3-5 years to bloom.
I agree with Sriram.
Also i would point out that you choose to big pots for the root ball size.
They also suggest when you take them outvof flask not just rinse it with water but with some fungicide and also sterilize media and pots to eliminate contamination.

ie instead of rinse it with water include fungicide and also sterilize media.
Instead of individual pots community pot is best.
