I purchased a Wattana Gold last year from the mark-down rack. I think of it as a "rescue." Anyway, I'm surprised that I'm having zero luck finding information about this on the Internet. What type/specie of Dendrobium is this? Deciduous? Any information about the culture and habits of this will be much appreciated.

I'm not much of an expert (yet LOL) so I can't speak to species, but in terms of culture my Wattana Gold (and all of my other dendrobiums) is outside in mostly full sun, all year round. It is in a clay pot with a half of a coconut husk and a mix of bark, charcoal, perlite and the little clay pellets. Depending on the temperature/weather, it gets watered once or twice a week and fertilized every other week or so. On this particular plant, the canes are about 18 inches long and about a half to three-quarters of an inch thick.

Hope this info is helpful. Good luck!
