    Default Maxillaria variabilis

I got this one 2 years ago and last year I would get one flower, then another, then another for close to 2 months. This year this thing is full of blooms around the whole plant. I think I did something right!

Jack- This will have to go on the future buy list. No hurry but one day, when I have room, I'll get one of these. Does it smell? It is very pretty and obviously well grown!

Thanks all for your comments! Harvey with my sinuses I have a hard time getting any scent from my orchids not even my Bulbophyllum phalaenopsis when it was in bloom last year.

Seeing as its 68 degrees outside in south Florida it does not feel like spring, but I think this is the last day of cool weather until December so I am going to enjoy it while it lasts, tomorrow back into the 80's!
