    Thanks, Ray, but it was more about getting back to my ancient Casio and setting the pixels low...here she is, a few days on. Almost all buds open. Too bad she's fading so quickly, usually after a week. Her phal friends on the tree are just getting going!Name:  CIMG2151.JPG

    It always looks dehydrated. Those deeply corrugated bulbs ! It looks like that in the wild, too.
    Btw I grow mine in a net pot. New growths come out through the holes, and it looks like a ball of bulbs , just hung up. When new growths appear I soak every day , but in the winter it goes weeks or months between sprayings. I have buds just starting to emerge, right now.
    Btw the correct name nowadays is D.lindleyii.

    And now her colour is the best...golden egg-yolk yellow, all buds open. As her box has rotted to half its previous depth, she'll get her new box when she finishes blooming.
