Default Black spot on Phal leaf

There is a black spot on the edge of the top leaf on my phal. Can anyone tell me what this is? It is just on the top leaf, but all the leaves look droopy.

Looks like a sun burn from direct light. Avoid leaving your phal where it can get direct sun light and be careful of leaving water on the leaves as that can sometimes work as a magnifier of sunlight and burn the leaves.
