There is a black spot on the edge of the top leaf on my phal. Can anyone tell me what this is? It is just on the top leaf, but all the leaves look droopy.

Black spot on Phal leaf
There is a black spot on the edge of the top leaf on my phal. Can anyone tell me what this is? It is just on the top leaf, but all the leaves look droopy.
