    Cool Fresh blackberry cobbler

There wasn't enough of them to make jam, but totally enough to make a cobbler for dinner tonight.

Looks great. My sisters blueberry crop this year was enormous. Blueberries were in everything from pancakes to ice cream. Her son would often sit outside and eat blueberries off the bush.

That is one of my very favorite desserts. It brings back great memories of my grandmother baking a cobbler after my sisters and brother and I picked the blackberries. Enjoy!

I wish we had blueberries. I planted two bushes, but they didn't make it last summer. I think I'll try again.

    THe cobbler was great.

    cheers,
    BD

Looks Yummy! I planted three 2' blueberries last year. One April morning they were 6" tall. Two survived. Kill the wabbit, Kill the wabbit, Kill the wabbit!!!
