Default NOID Phal growing odd leaf + NOID intergeneric Oncidium/something keiki?

Hey guys! First post here, yay, happy to have found my way to a forum.

I have a phal in water culture who is growing a really weird leaf. It's inverted (towards the 'wrong' side) and a bit wrinkly. I guess it can be from many reasons, just a bit sad that it will most likely muck up the look of the plant? or can they turn to grow correctly, at least in direction?

I also have an oncidium I bought for basically nothing from a flower shop, it had finished blooming and had fought off some kind of infection. It had really wrinkly leaves at the growths, and is finally growing new roots after I put it in water culture. I'm thinking that the growths are actually 3 keikis, growing from between the oldest leaves, they are sprouting their own roots. What you guys say?

Normal for the Oncidium. Oncidium's bloom only one time (can be from multiple spots on the blooming growth) and have to grow new pseudo bulbs to bloom again. Those are the next growths that should bloom for you when mature enough.

The wrinkled leaves are an indication of wanting more water as I understand it. I have some that wrinkle.

Thanks! I found a video on youtube about it after some googling and it showed it so now a bit more about that. So it's growing 3 new bulbs then.
