Oh, it is so dark and beautiful. Did you take a shot of the whole plant? I would love to see it. Thanks for sharing.

aka, walingwaling in the native Mindanaoan.
I am not even sure that it hasn't got genes from other vandas, considering how often this plant has been used in hybridizing.
It occupies prime real estate in my front gate, adjacent the huge Vanda lamellata var boxallii.
I wonder why it bloomed out of season.

Gorgeous, Nelson. Is this the one that smells like cinnamon and is all but wiped out in it's native habitat? Yours is lovely!

Beautiful, Nelson, and a wonderful picture.
So nice...
That would probably be the equivalent of me posting a picture of bluebonnets, guys
Very pretty Nelson. Love the pink/purple hues. Great browns too.
No wonder this has been used so much in hybridizing... it's already perfect the way it is!

hi! i'm clark and i'm from the Philippines. actually, growing orchids is not on me before. but when was employed somewhere in davao, in a flower farm (mostly orchids), i started to fascinate it. today, i'm back here in our little province of Bukidnon and brought some v. sanderiana and dendrobium species with me. hope i can propagate them properly so that i can share it with my friends.
