A well known hybrid between one of the Sect.Formosa species ( I think it is D.infundibulum, but maybe its D.formosa - I don't want to stop and use Orchidwiz - it doesn't really matter which ; the other parent is I think D.cruentum which gives the orange throat. These formosa types flower with clusters at the top of the cane, so you never get too many, but they are long-lasting. My plant bought in London in the Spring has since completed one cane and borne these flowers, and at the same time started 3 or 4 new growths, giving the promise of 3 or 4 flowering canes next year.

Love the orange throat!
Pretty Geoff! I had a similar one a couple of years ago and had no problem killing it . But hey, we live and we learn! Enjoy your beautiful plant!
One of my favourite dendrobium hybrid, very special.
