I have never seen a Jade plant do this.
You're probably thinking of Crassula ovata and similar succulents often called jade plant. This impressive inflorescence is from Strongylodon macrobotrys, often called jade vine, a tropical legume. The problem with common names, they're never wrong, so they're never right either.

The colour looks so unreal!!
Kirk is right - it is commonly called the Jade Vine, Strongylodon macrobotrys and originates from the Philippines. The turquoise coloured flowers are really unique.
