    Default Laelia gouldiana

So it's late summer and this plant looks like it's producing a new growth. Since July it hasn't done much till now. Its producing large roots and looks like a new growth. Is this normal what do I do?! I have given it KLN AND Seaweed. Should I be giving it a bloom booster?

In my personal opinion I would say that is normal, if I understand this is a new purchase and has taken longer to acclimatise to his new situation, the production of large roots and new growth suggest the best, certainly the photographs They would help to understand better.

Agree with Elio. Pictures speak a thousand words they say. Until you know what that new growth is I wouldn't feed it anything else. Sounds like its doing just fine. Most believe bloom boosters don't do any real good.

Growth is good. Growth is always good. Even if a plant may seem to you to be growing out of season, growth is good, and you should do whatever you can to provide conditions to support healthy growth when then plant is growing.

Bloom booster is mostly a myth in terms of its effect on orchids, and usually applied at exactly the wrong time even if it were to be effective. Continue your normal fertilizer schedule and reasonable use of supplements.

That looks like a new pseudo bulb. You should get new roots developing from its base very soon.
