I will treat it for a fungal infection and soak in kelp extract for some time. Give it a little more time and see how it adjusts

I will apologize for the quality of the pictures now. It's dark and I can't seem to get good lighting. I bought this Beallara online with another plant about a week and a half ago. They both arrived green and with an added heat pack since they had to travel through some cold weather to get here. The Beallara had become unpotted on the way to me. I shoved the potting mix (charcoal and bark mostly) back into the pot. Since that time the plant is still flowering but the leaves are turning yellow. I'm not sure if this is due to shock or so,e other trauma or low light levels (windowsill grown here without high light) I don't have a T5 light so today I sat it under a fish tank fluorescent plant light hoping it might help. Should I unpotted it again and bury the roots? Would it be more stressed? Should I keep giving it the fluorescent light? I've never grown Beallara before so I am a total newbie a this. Any advice is appreciated.

It doesn't look like a light problem. I wonder if it was too close to the heat pack. Those things get really hot and can burn.
Be sure to stabilize it really well Tracy. The stake won't work well enough. All you have to do is bump it and the plant will be loose in the medium again. I know there is not much room to put it but use a rhizome clip intended for plastic pots and get it in there as best you can.
I would contact the seller on it myself.
Thank you for all of your replies. Sriram I'm going to treat for fungus then use kelp and Chris I am going to stake it well and make sure the roots are all firmly potted up. Harvey under your advice I did contact the seller and they have credited me $20 for my next purchase. I will concentrate on keeping this one alive and then I can use the money for my next purchase.
I don't think that keeping the roots stable on this type is as important as cattleyas. My Howard's Dream is kept bare root in partial water. It has produced a nice spike of blossoms since it went bare root. It likes lots of water and the only way I could keep it from dehydrating was to keep the tips of the roots in water all of the time.
I'm not an expert to give advice about this particular type of orchid but just from my experience, online orchid purchase sometimes could decline very fast even though the came green. Good luck on saving this one!
All the best Traci I wish positive feedback from you.
Except for grocery store phals I order all of my orchids online since that is the only way I can find them. I rarely have problems. You just have to find vendors that are consistently good. I have ordered from many different sources - about half of them I wouldn't order from again. The best ones show a photo of the actual plant you are buying and they pack that plant with utmost care. If a vendor can't pack the plant well enough to keep it from falling out of the pot that vendor would go on the never again list.
