    Perhaps someone else has a better idea but this almost looks like chemical damage to me.

    Old, lower leaves could be either sunburn or infection. I would normally just cut the leaf with sterilize tool if the whole plant seemed to be healthy.

    I concur with Azizan better cut Sheryl something is not right is going on could be infection. Actually I hate if the leaf got some discoloration.
