    Default Dendrobium faciferum

I can take very little credit for these blooms, I got this a month ago in bud on three pbs. I was hoping that all three pbs would bloom at the same time but that did not happen, the first one has passed and the last 2 are pictured.

I got sets of buds twice if not three times, but never flowers ; the plant was in my hot section, and I think got too dry , and needed spraying every day, which I was not able to do. Having read a bit about plasticity , as a concept in biology, recently, I have come to think that maybe plants will grow in temperatures lower than found in the wild, and maybe I'll try this intermediate instead of hot ; it will be easier to manage that way. But no flowers this season, for me.

Thanks Geoff! I got this from a vendor from Taiwan, I hope I can get it to bloom again! Time will tell.

Looks good. number of flowers would increase as it matures and seem to bloom very often from old canes . Drop in temperature would trigger it to bloom.,

Thanks Sriram! I just might bring this in to the refrigerator from time to time, that is about the only drop in temp we will have from now on.
