This is my second years bloom, much like last year but I still love this species!
Well done Jack! Does this plant ever have leaves?
Bravo....Jack how beautiful the small flowers made the atmosphere cool and fresh.
WTG!
Great job! Not an easy one to grow.

Chris, this species barely has leaves. I killed mine years ago. It's difficult to grow this one in Calgary. I recall I know a lady who can successfully grow this one because she has a table top mini self-misting/florescent greenhouse but this mini greenhouse monster is close to $1000.
Wow. One of the best I have seen.
Thanks Chris! Yes it does put out a tiny new leaf but it only last for a week or so then falls off.

Thanks Zain! I agree with you, this species is now my second favorite next to Bulbophyllum. I have 4 now and will be picking up 5 more at Redland in 2 weeks!

Thanks! As long as you can provide the humidity you should have no problems growing this.

Thanks Sriram! What irks me is that a friend of mine bought one at the same time I did, I fertilize, water and give it a little dry rest during the winter just as required, he waters, if he remembers, does not give it a dry rest or fertilize and this year has 10 spikes, mine only had 3, go figure that out on why that happens, I would love to know!
Humidity is always an issue in Calgary...
It's gorgeous Jack and doing quite well!
