I thought it was Lady Isabel, but she's not even a parent.

    Hi Everyone!
Thanks so much for such a resounding participation!!! I applaud everyone for taking part ! I have heard from almost everyone now and people have made great guesses. Love it! Hope you guys having fun! (Including the ones just reading this thread!)

Is one of the parents Paph Lady Isabel (roth x stonei)?
Well, unfortunately, I have to say no but the blooms do have strong similarities with Lady Isabel.
Is the plant Paph Lady Rothschild (roth x Lady Isabel)?
Paphman910, Great guess! You are on the right track but unfortunately, it is not Lady Rothschild.

Isn't this lot of fun, you guys? I have been waiting like forever for this one to bloom to share this beauty with everyone.
If we have problem with identifying a subtle clue for the last parent, I could point it out sometime later, just to speed things along!!!
    Cheers and CHEERS!

    Ahh...

I've been working on the assumption that the primary hybrid was two coryos crossed. Is that the case, Hoa?

    Hi Julie!
    The answer is .............. YES!
The primary hybrid parent was a two-coryos cross.
Now, you guys narrow it down significantly and some already got it possibly within margin of errors but just a teeny sweeny bit more then we are there with the answer!!! Hehhehehehe!
    Cheers. Hoa.

hmmm... so what we have is a cross of the following:-

    (coryopetalum x coryopetalum) x coryopetalum

    and we know

    (stonei x coryopetalum) x coryopetalum

hmmm... hard one to crack for sure!

this sure is a great and a very learning test of our abilities to pick qualities of the various species....

Hoa, are you happy with the length of the petals on this cross?
