Give the keikei's time to develop roots. When each keikei has a good two or three inches long roots you can snap it off the parent pbulb and pot them up in their own little pots. I recommend you use spagnum moss until they are around a year old, then you can get rid of the spagnum and use the small bark mix that says it is for Phalaenopsis. Only use as large a plastic pot as you can fit the roots into. You will not believe how hardy Dendrobiums are. I was given a few about 6 years ago and I figured I would kill them. Mine ALL made it and now bloom like old pros. I hope your bunch end up growing and doing well for you. It is a joy to see something you know started out tiny and made it to bloom. Best of luck...

Oops, almost forgot. I have seen several people on here take a small clump of sphagnum and wrap it around the base of the keikei so it will encourage the roots to grow faster. I've never tried it, but then i'm in humid Florida.
