    Default I can't wait

It has 10 spikes and I can't wait. I bought it last year from a man that was moving out of the area and I am not sure of the name but I think that it is Ascocentrum Miniatium, can't read the writing so I would appreciate any spell correction. Will post a pic when it is in bloom.
    Thanks, Cin

    Default Ascocentrum miniatum

    Here's a description I found.

    "Temperature: I.W.
    Country: Java
    Synonym/s: A. garayi (mistakenly)

Description of Ascocentrum miniatum : Ascocentrum miniatum produces bright orange erect bottle brush like flower spikes. A dwarf grower, this should be grown in a small basket or slotted pot. Growing media needs to be open and well drained."

and here's another picture i located on an individual's growlist site.

    hope this is of assistance.

    Holy Veal!

That beast is massive! Bigger than Molly Taco herself. And that's not easy... Can't wait till it smothers you in blooms!
