I have a question on this as well.
I have run a search and don't see it addressed.
Is there some sort of an issue posting pictures taken with an iphone that they download to the post off-oriented by 90 degrees?
I cannot for the life of me figure out how to overcome this and this is not the only forum where it happens.

I use an app from the App Store called Imagesize. It converts the photos to 600 and it looks like it has an option to rotate them as well Leigh.

There is also a software for free, FastStone, which I use. It is very powerful but I mainly use it to resize a picture. Some real photographers like my wife uses FastStone as the ultimate photo editor.
