It could be an oncidium, and intergenic, a brassia. The wrinkles in the leaves are cause by not enough water. Those wrinkles are permanent. You should check to make sure the plant does not dry completely.
There are others on the forum who are better at identifying plants than I am, so perhaps they will be better at deciding what it is.
