    You are making me envious again, Zain. I have a couple of plants of this species - one is the clone Summit, which is the only one meristemmed and widely available I think; that is now up to an 20cm pot with at least 6 leads, and I am still waiting for the first flowers. Maybe it needs a bit more heat than I can give it, although there are very few cattleya species where I have to wait quite so long- most seem to flower easily enough for me.

    When yours flower, please do let us know if it really smells like cockroach over that side of the world, if you know what cockroach smells like though (just kidding).

    Ha ha Geoff I wish I can see your plant rewards you early next year during Spring sure it's very nice clone and you will smile.
