Three of the pics show the plant now, and the fourth shows what iot was like when I posted about it in December 2016 -nthat was the first flowering. It also flowered last year, but I didn't take any pics then, as I was so busy virtually rebuilding the greenhouse, but from memory it was much better than in 2016, but not double spiked as it is this year. It is interesting to see not only the better flowering - more flowers and now two spikes, one of which has one branch , but also (IMHO) the individual flower are now better than in 2016. I think it must be capable of getting better still - a challenge remains !
I am growing it (now) in S/H, in coarse Perlite - and it certainly like this treatment.
BTW it is the same hybrid as shown by another member under the name Odontonia Samurai. Oncidium names are in a mess, because the experts say that so many separate genera in the Oncidium group do not justify being separate, hence odontoglossums became oncidiums, and so on. But this ( man-made) genus , comprising plants originally Oncicium,Odontoglossum, Brassia and Milton , called Aliceare, still is called Aliceara - per Kew and the Registrar of Orchid Names.
