    I don't have many Oncidium as they are not my favorite, duh...but I do like this one as it is different then most Oncidium!

    Yes we like this one. It grows in such a "wild way" if I remember correctly from your previous pictures (last year or the year before).

    "...but I do like this one..." I'll bet you're chewing on the pseudobulbs, aren't you?

    (For the uninitiated, there are alkaloids in this plant that have psychotropic effects.)

    I posted several times last year, the spike last for a couple of months and new buds will continue to grow.

    This is one of the "don't let it poke you in the eye" oncids . yes ? But they all need more heat than I can give, I think. But what a smart little flower. I love it
