Dendrobium amethystoglossum

This year ( this time - since it will probably flower again later in the year) 10 spikes. average 20 flowers per spike.
Has been living happily in the same 6 inch pot for some years now - potted in sphagnum moss ; watered , not quite often enough this past winter, since it really wants to grow non-stop - but after flowering, say by the month of May, willo be heavily sprayed until water runs out of all the drainage holes, practically every day.
It won best Dendrobium at our one International Show a few years ago, in the same pot , but the timing has not been right since, and won't be this year , but has not made as many spikes since that event , usually 6 or 7, or one year, three or four at a time for month after month. depends on the weather I suppose.

This is one I have always had a problem growing, don 't know why but wish I could figure it out, might just give it another try, beautiful blooming!
