Maybe a want or grow list, only for members, so that the world doesn't need to be part of the conversation?

You can post in the General Discussion Forum area; That forum is only seen by members. That said, we have lots of members.... There is also a designated grow-list area that only you can post to when you start a thread there. So, no discussion in the middle of your list and it is backed-up twice each 24 hours on our server.
