It is deciduous KC so if those are last years canes than it is probably just doing what comes naturally.

It's impossible to tell from your photo, but generally speaking, when I see such spotting, it's either mite damage or the start of fungal or bacterial rot due to water droplets standing on the leaves over night.

Ya, those are bloomed canes but was from this year. The leaves are getting yellow spottings. I think I've never seen this before.

I checked, there is no spidermites coz there is no sunken spots and it was under a root shade so there won't be standing water over the nights coz I don't water them after 10am.

Could that be insect damage? The fact that it's not the entire plant makes me think it's not systemic in nature.

It seems that the new canes were not affected...only the old ones...i will apply some insecticides and monitor from then on.
