    Default Dendrobium hancockii

    If you only know the densiflorum Section, or maybe the dendrobium Section which include nobile, the growth pattern here will be a surprise. Looks like masses of keikis, but they never root ! Actually, what we have is branching canes. Flowers produced singly, and lasting a bit longer than you might have thought perhaps 3 weeks, if kept a bit shaded.
    Quite a nice "different" species in the collection.
