Question Should I be worried about these Mini Phalaenopsis?

Hello! I am a complete newbie when it comes to orchids, so please bear with me. Recently (2 weeks ago), I purchased on a discount my first two Mini Phalaenopsis. I repotted them, changed their media and I cut the dried, old roots. I've noticed they now produce new, healthy roots, so that is ok.

However the first one developed these small black lines on the base of its newest leaf (on the inside of the leaf). I was wondering if that is a sign of a disease (a virus, or a bacterial infection of some sort).

The stem of the second one does not look that great; it has areas where is darker in colour (maybe it was not watered correspondly in the store). Also some of its leaves have small discolorations on the edges and in the middle.

Do you think these mini Phals are sick? Thank you in advance!

I usually worry about roots before I do leaves, and from the last two photos, I'd say your growing them way too dry. In my experience, phalaenopsis prefer a constantly moist, airy medium, and as coarse as that appears, does not need to dry out between waterings.

It's hard to say what the first images is showing, but the black areas in that third photo suggest it has been allowed to stand with water in the leaf axils, which should be avoided.

Sorry for the late reply and thank you very much for your advice! I will definitely keep the medium less dry for them, from now on. I also plan on buying a hygrometer to keep better track of the humidity.
Indeed the way they were watered in the store is questionable. I use the submerge method and no new dark spots appeared. I am thinking though to purchase a systemic anti fungicid, to have it around and use it, in case I spot bigger signs of rotting.
