More than likely Sunburn. Appears to be on an older leaf so not quite as resistant.
No need to panic, shift plant or add a small bit of shade, don't over compensate.

Is this just sunburn I'm hoping? My other divisions in the same area don't have it.

I may be incorrect but anytime I see red coloration in a leaf I move the plant to a little more shade and the problem has been solved.
I also do not believe this hurts the plant and I have found in a couple of instances it needs to get that higher level of light to bloom at its best.
