The plant is Ornithoscephalus kreugeri , now known as Ornithoscephalus ciliatus. Check our orchidspecies.com for observed cultural parameter.

If you're fighting an ailment, and not just it succumbing to a cultural shortcoming, we will need more info.

Hi, thanks but i have no info other than it was very healthy when i received it , it bloomed a few months later and seemed well after , just started losing leaves after they turn brown . The one growing next to iti is a picture of health , Ornithocephalus gladiatus. I’d send you a photo buti i’m on Am i i pad and photos are just too many pixels for site and i’m in the dark how to resize photos on an i pad so all my photos are lost to the site . Thanks anyway .
