    Default Monn, Milienium black witchcraft orchid

    Hi I am new to this I'm in Florida can someone help me with this orchid.

    I just got a Monn. black witchcraft orchid about a month ago it came with its leaves and a little one coming out the bottom but no spike on it. Should I be watering more than once a week and should I be feeding it now. It is pot bound and dry's out fast and lifts out of it's pot very easy.
    Can someone head me in the right direction so I don't lose it.
