    Default Cycnodes Taiwan Orange

Wish I could capture the true copper color of this orchid. It's truly a captivating bloom for me. I will say the fragrance is not my favorite

Very nice Sheryl. How long do the flowers last?

You're testing my memory Arne lol! It blooms once a year so I want to say around 3 weeks. And thank you!

These catasetums are amazing plants. Seem to stand unlimited amounts of heat and light and water , and then flower amazingly well. This one, and its sister Taiwan Gold ( for me with my too dark, too cold conditions) are the easiest and best by a mile.

It is lovely, Sheryl! Cycnodes are cool looking orchids. We grew a couple for a long time and lost them to a greenhouse freeze several years ago. I really need to find another.

    cheers,
    BD
