Nice job Arne!
I've got one I've had for years and it has done absolutely nothing until now. Has never grown well but now 1 flower, 1 bud, 1 more coming along.
Your flowers are much nicer. Maybe this thing will get better.

Hi Arne and Keysguy, sorry for posting this on an older thread, but I am desperate..
What care/culture are you guys doing to get them to bloom?? I've had mine for over 6? years, it came in bud and bloomed beautifully, but, all it has done for me is grow into a large healthy plant. I decided to divide it on 5-27-20, and ended up with 5 very good sized plants. They are all growing beautifully and are very healthy, but I can't get any blooms. What am I doing wrong?
I would greatly appreciate any help, Thank you all very much!
Welcome to the forum.
There are two factors, age of the plant and light. Yours is obviously old enough since you have seen it bloom before. Of course, if you divided it, maybe each individual plant need to grow a couple of pseudobulbs before it flowers. Other than that it is all about the light. I give it as much light it can take without burning the foliage. I give it as much light as my Vandas, which I expose to full sun for a couple of hours everyday in summer. In winter I have them ~10'' under a 5000 K 100 W LED. In fact I believe the Rhyncholaelia digbyana needs more light than some of my Vandas.
