    Default Phals looking sickly

I have one shelf of phals under lights that have all started exhibiting the same symptoms, so I am thinking it is contagious. I have tested using an immunostrip that tests for the two most common orhcid viruses, and they don't have those. There are no visible signs of insects. It starts with yellow spots, and progressesto severe damage. Its not on all the leaves, just 1 or 2 per plant. Maybe something fungal? Anyone recognize this?
