I think the first Vanda I ever had was of this species. I thought the flowers were bigger than here', but that was a good many years ago. A lot of water has flowed under a lot of bridges since then,
But that one, all those years ago flowered and died - this is in its second year for me. Not growing too well - too neglected- but at least its alive, and saying "thanks Geoff".
At last, my electrician is coming on Friday for the new Cymbidium house. Soon be finished and operational. Cutting the pink ribbon on Monday , champagne for all guests - you are invited...
I hope to start moving plants out of the big house after the week-end, and then , at last , then, start getting the collection back the way I want. Hopes... Dreams... what would we do without them ?
Congratulations, Geoff! I wish I could come and see your greenhouses. Beautiful blooms on this Vanda roeblingiana too!
cheers,
BD
I am sure you will figure it out and solve the problem, enjoy the ribbon cutting on Monday!
I wish good luck with the planned activities and hope that there will be pictures when the Cymbidium house is finished.
Beautiful Vanda. I wish I could be there for the greenhouse grand opening. Yes, please post some photos of the event.
