    Question Orchid Crown Rot

A phalaenopsis developed crown rot and within less than a week it lost all its leaves. The roots are still healthy. Is it possible that it goo develop new leaves?

You can place the plant in an open plastic bag with a bit of sphag moss to help keep humidity up. Place the bag in a low light area and it is possible to grow new leaves. It will take some time. Good luck to you.

Thanks, I will give it a try. It was a very beautiful mini-phal.

I hope it works for you. I have saved a few this way, but it takes time. I recommend getting another in the meantime.

    cheers,
