    Default Angraecum distichum

This species likes more light than you would think. I was growing at lower light and it would only give one or two flowers now and again. When I saw a photo of this species growing in full sun in Africa I upped the light and this year has given me about 10 flowers. The flowers are just so cute and different.

This one blooms quite often for me, probably every couple of months or so, very fragrant for their size.

Mine is still a fairly small plant and so far tends to bloom about once a year. I understand they are fragrant, but I have yet to detect a fragrance on mine even though I have tried different times of the day and night.

    Susan
I've found out that their fragrant are somewhere between floral and vanilla. I've never really gotten "spicy" notes from the scent, unlike what I read on the internet.
