Default This is My Podangis dactyloceras

The name makes me smile. This plant is somewhat of a rescue. They do tend to be finicky and difficult to grow for many people. They are prone to rot and go downhill quickly. This plant had rotted roots, but I volunteered to try and turn it around. It is doing somewhat better. Has grown some new roots and started to grow a new fan. The old fan still looks pretty bad.

However, the good news is it decided to bloom and produce these alien-like flowers. As fragile as these flowers look, they last for quite a long time.

The flowers really look like they are made of very thin glass. The rescue was worth it in any case.
