It has been a rough winter here. Back at Christmas time the temps dropped to -13 degrees F. Our electric heaters did not protect the orchids near the walls of the greenhouse. We lost several of our old favorites - some 30+ years old. The survivors are starting to bloom.
Here is one that I'm so glad made it:
Cattleya intermedia var. aquinii
