Pretty, Julie. Looks like there is a possibility of a fragrance? Would be cool if it smelled like "grape"! :-)

This guy is so hard to photograph, because the flowers are so heavy and waxy. They reflect even diffuse light and distort the color to appear much lighter.
I played around this afternoon, and the best shots I got were early evening, with less ambient light and no flash (hence the slight blur.) It's close, but the color is darker still.

Julie, that photo is stunning! It looks very good. Sogo Grape is a very dark bloom and your photo captures it well. Most of the time the photos I have seen are too dark to see any detail or the shine is so bright it washes out the color. Nice work!
Cheers!

very nice, I love this clone! under normal light it really is this deep shade of magenta...very difficult to capture.
Beautiful bloom and photo, Great job.

Great picture and lovely flowers!
I am with everyone here, agreeing that you did capture beautifully the color of this amazing clone!
Cheers. Hoa.
Super flowers. Fragrant?
Great picture Julie - I have that exact same plant/clone! No really, is that my plant?........I thought I saw you outside my windows........it WAS you leaving your muddy footprints (barefeet, no less) in my grow room!
LOL - Hoa has trained you well, Diane! None that I've noticed.
Dave, of course it was me. You know I've done it before. And I never wipe my muddy bare feet!
